Counting Calories

  • Nasi lemak (210 gram berserta nasi dengan santan, telur goreng, ikan bilis dan sambal) - 494 kalori
  • Roti canai (95 gram) - 301 kalori, 31 peratus lemak
  • Mi kari (410 gram) - 529 kalori, 63 peratus lemak
  • Laksa lemak (540 gram) - 591 kalori, 54 peratus lemak
  • Nasi ayam tanpa lauk (230 gram) - 278 kalori, 10 peratus lemak
  • Mi goreng (325 gram) - 598 kalori, 44 peratus lemak
  • Kuetiau goreng (170 gram) - 312 kalori, 43 peratus lemak
  • Kentang goreng (349 gram) - 1,124 kalori, 50 peratus lemak
  • Burger daging (194 gram) - 496 kalori, 32 peratus lemak

p/s- it takes more than an hour of jogging to get rid of 500 calories :-O

u know what,.. 1hour jogging approximately burn 150cal...

so total meal perday around
1+++cal.. imagine..

whatever it is, diet? superskinny?
all depends on ur metabolisme and blood type...

blood type is important.. this is new research diet.. hehe..

haaa...now saya sgt takut nak makann..takutt...
i now rajin gak pi gym...and the most i larat sekarang ini burnt 550 cal..hahhaha..kalau pagi mkn nasik lemak..lunch mkn nasik lauk ayam goring+ oily thingy.. ptg /dinner mkn nasik goreng..hahaha..mmg beribu2 kalori in take kan..
the best...cut nasik lemak at all in the morning..replace with other food..roti kosong etc..
huhhuuhu...

nak burn kalori bukan senang..
now i know the correct way (hasil study blog kevin zahari..heheh)..
kena cara betul baru boleh burn banyak...which is sgt susah...perlu disiplin dan semangat tinggi....

anyway...thanks for the info..
now saya ketakutann..hahahahah

Cinderella...betul tu...tapi as we grow older metabolic rate pun makin turun kan...lagi la mcm i ni tak exercise.

heard of the blood type diet...mak aii..for my blood type..harus jadi vegetarian gitu...adus:-)

as far is not to much oily food/too salty/sugar and take more to vegetables sure u SIHAT from head to toe.[iz]
