Hi Anne, keep a book in your bag..anytime have to 'tunggu'...read some pages.
I have been waiting for my wife since the day I married her...while she dresses up, at malls while she looks for shoes or dresses...at supermarkets...in my car is a book...I carry with me when have to wait, or buy newspapers....
Or I sit in a coffee shop....and two hours wait is about average....I read two newspapers.
This way, blood pressure stays normal, ha ha.
