Berat dah turun ke tahap kritikal. Tinggal 44. 5kg timbang pagi tadi.
Nanti pakai baju raya macam 'hanger berjalan'.

Before puasa dalam 46...47 mcm tu. Last week turun 45. Below 45 biasanya i akan avoid amik gambar....tak suka nampak mcm orang sakit je.

Haisssshhhhhh. How la? Semakin tak semangat nak makan.

Alhamdullilah Mak dah sihat...dah mula puasa pun hari Sabtu.

Syukur sangat.

Semalam i singgah pasar ramadan beli kueh, tengok orang yang take precaution pakai mask minoriti je berbanding dengan yang tak pakai. Termasuklah penjual. Siap ada geng budak2 nakal ni dok gelakkan orang yang pakai mask.

Dah masuk hari ke 3 kan tak ada H1N1 related death. That is good news. Hope things get better. Rimas la keluar pakai mask ni...rasa mcm susah nak bernafas.

Ramadhan Datang Lagi

89%???

My mom has not been feeling well since Sunday.
Actually last week, my whole family was over at my place. Rabu lepas Mak demam, i took her to my GP dekat rumah ni, Dr Razana cakap its normal flu je. Dr said kalau demam tak baik, come back tomorrow for tamiflu antiviral. Sebab Mak punya age, dia high risk group.

Then makan ubat sekali je, Mak terus turun temperature, cuma batuk je. So Alhamdullilah. Thot semua dah ok.

On Sunday, Mak, Bapak and Kakak balik Kedah.
Petang tu dapat sms Mak demam semula. Bila makan panadol, demam turun. Off and on. Risau gila.

Today Kakak took Mak to Dr Soma - our long time family doctor.
Based on her symptoms, Dr Soma said 89% its NOT H1N1. How on earth did he come up with that figure??? Not 90, 89! Mak pun takde selsema. Only if Mak tak recover by Thursday, baru buat blood test.


Anyways, Mak on double dose of antibiotics now and other medications. Tak dapat cakap dengan Mak since Sunday sebab tak nak ganggu - dia nak tido je. Mesti letih makan antibiotik banyak. Mak kalau sakit, paling payah coz dia tak nak makan langsung. Puas berpujuk. Mesti Kakak stress kat rumah tu nak pujuk Mak makan.

Praying hard for Mak's speedy recovery. Semoga Allah jauhkan dari apa-apa penyakit yang merbahaya.

Sayang Mak sangat-sangat...:-(

Menyesal

Pernah tak you all dgn berniat baik cuba buat sesuatu yang elok untuk orang lain.
Lepas tu menyesal sendiri.

Tadi i tengah tengok TV. Ada la dengar sesuatu (tak perlula cerita detail kat sini). So i sms la info ni pada seseorang sebab i tau dia memang ambil berat pasal ni, saja je tetiba rajin nak share. Takde niat lain pun...dan i tulis situ i dengar kat TV dari siapa la yg bercakap tu.

Lepas tu dia balas sms dua kali dengan soalan2nya, mempertikaikan pulak - orang tu 'authority' ke pasal benda ni?, kenapa bunyi macam tak kena?.

Last last, tak reti dah nak jawab sebab i pun dengar je...lastly, i suruh dia ignore je my earlier sms with apologies.

Menyesal. Moral of the story?....apa eh?

Pilihan objektif:
I. jangan terlebih rajin, orang pun tak tanya kita?
II. jangan berkongsi benda yang kita sendiri tak cukup ilmu?
III. thank you would be nice..walaupun info tu crap?
IV. padan mukaku?

kenapa pagi yang gelap? there's a notice from building management hari ni ada blackout seluruh kawasan condominium ni dari 10pagi sampai 6petang. so i'm on standby ni....dah pukul 11 still ada electricity. maybe block by block agaknya....

After checking with the bank, she was told that now there is thissyndicate who will pick up the ATM receipt & with their IT expert,theyare able to draw out your money.The bank will not be able to trace where these people had drawn themoney& how they do it, don't ask me, even the bank can't answer it. They can only advise you to report the case to the police for investigation. My sister is the third victim in this month.

DON'T THROW YOUR ATM RECEIPT AWAY! SEND THIS TO All YOU KNOW....

Cerita Bodoh & Memalukan

You all nak dengar cerita yang bodoh ni tak....

Hari Khamis lepas, I ada job kat Cherating, untuk jadi co-trainer untuk this company punya teambuilding retreat at a resort kat sana. Semua arrangement dibuat oleh trainer yang lagi sorang ni - Siti. Awal-awal lagi Siti dah bagitau dia dah book flight Firefly (pegi-balik) dari Subang Airport.

Oklah...i pun plan nak park my car kat airport saja sebab day trip saja. Pegi pagi, balik petang. A day before the trip, Siti bagitau the morning flight to Kuantan Firefly dah cancel pulak. So dia terpaksa book MAS. Balik masih kat Subang Airport.

Pagi Khamis tu, pukul 5 pagi i dah start bersiap-siap.....then Siti sms, dia remind flight depart from KLIA. Of course la i ingat, apa la Siti ni....(i was thinking to myself). Pukul 6.30 macam tu i pun dengan hati gumbira drove myself to the airport. (biasanya i will call a cab - tapi since day trip je...bayar parking lagi murah. so i memang plan dari awal lagi i akan park kat airport...hmmm, bijak bijak...;-))

So kita board the plane semua no problem. Dah la Siti got us Business Class seats - first time i naik business class - happy la coz dapat breakfast semua...tengah lapar. Then Siti tanya, Anne, kenapa you park kereta kat sini? Kita balik nanti turun SUBANG...

OMG! OMG! OMG! What was i thinking! (Obviously i wasnt la kan.....). Nasib tak menjerit dalam plane. Rasa bodoh gila...malu pun ye.

Nasib my brother came to my rescue...pick me up kat Subang...drove me to KLIA malam-malam buta...(of course i only told him the half truth...pasal flight cancel...he didnt know i knew about the cancellation a day before...heheheheh)

Ok, go on...laugh your heads off. :-P

Cerita Panasssssssss!

You all PANAS tak? Pagi-pagi dah berpeluh2 ni walaupun fan depan muka.

Balik Alor Star baru ni pun lagi la panas. Mandi, keluar bilik air dah peluh dah.

Oh yes, sorry la lama tak update. My mother injured her leg, so i went home to help her take care of my dad.

Back to cerita panas, i read somewhere its gonna carry on to September. So bulan puasa ni maybe lebih panas dari biasa. Dugaan....

This song is top on my playlist for the past few days. Who would have thought....me, liking a Tomok song. Dulu time New Boyz, i have to admit....memang anti betul lagu-lagu leleh diaorang.

But, since OIAM....my (and every other Malaysian's???) opinion of Tomok has changed. He can definitely sing. And i'm loving this new single.

Lurus Bendul

The last time i had a hair cut, the stylist dok pujuk-pujuk i buat 'relaxing' treatment. Its one type of hair straightening jugak, katanya less severe than rebonding.

Anyway, i tak buat la masa tu...tapi si Agus, stylist tu beriya blow straight my hair to get the same effect like what it would be kalau buat relaxing. The above pics taken just after keluar salon...itupasal very the straight...weird tak?

Sekarang ni rambut dah panjang semula...i need a hair cut again.

Should i do it? Rasa macam terlalu lurus bendul pulak rambut tu...sekarang kalau nak straight, boleh la blow n letak product. Tahan la beberapa jam. Nak wavy sikit pun boleh. Kalau dah buat relaxing ni...lurus bendul la rambut all the time...easy to maintain i suppose...tapi nampak macam rambut sikit pun ye....Risiko rambut rosak pun ada kot...

Dilemma ni.....
