Sleepless in Shah Alam
Its 3.46a.m. I can't sleep. Did fall asleep sejam dua earlier...about 11 i think. Selalu macam ni these days. Must be sebab a lot of things on my mind.
Tak bagus kan sleeping pattern macam ni. I'm finding it hard to focus on work during the day. Mungkin sebab banyak sangat benda i fikir. Bila tengah buat A, i fikir B, C, D, E, F sampai Z. Mungkin sebab tak cukup tidor ke otak serabut.
Telling myself to calm down and focus, focus, focus.
Apa nak buat ni. On Astro kejap, nothing to watch. Dah baca blog, dah main Jewel Quest...tak ngantuk jugak. Kepala dok fikir kerja....how to get new jobs, how to get more business. Sungguh tak tenang nak tido.
Fan dah on kuat ni, tapi panas and rimas.
Last try, nak gi boil water, buat hot milo....sometimes that helps to make me sleepy.
Korang semua mesti tengah best tido dgn mimpi2 indah kan....jelez.

Hi Anne,
Hope you're still sleeping right now to recharge your battery. Maybe you shoud read something on stress mgmt or do something which make you tired in the afternoon.
My sleeping pattern also deviated lately but not coz from the 'big heavy thinking' like U. It's Euro 2008 ...

hayoo i opposite uolss berdua.. i selalu tidur awal then tengah malam dah jaga sampai pagi... maybe sebab musim berhibernasi kan winter ni
pls chg yr sleeping pattern...hahahhaaarrr setahu i orang yang byk pk kene camni...cam i larr...
mmg jeles bila tgk orang senang je tido x kira la problem byk mana pung...

habis keje kol 12 malam
tido kol 3 .. 4 pagi
kesian awak lily....keje shift mmg tido lain dari orang yg normal kan.
too many things inside ur head kott.. go for holiday laa anne..
nikli....not the right time la. havent achieved much- i dont deserve a holiday yet.
its so so so normal! try amek wuduh la..nak tido tu baca la apa2..it helps, really, u should try!
just 'laailahaillallah' sampai lelap..pahala dpt, tido pun dpt!
